Crying over spilled milk-no point crying over something that had already happened.
A piece of cake-it can be done easily
Pull up your socks-to improve
i will not let the cat out the bag^^
I've learnt lots from the idioms like couch potato, crying over spilt milk, piece of cake, pulling up ones socks.
some that i have found:
1)horse around:to fool around
2)let the cat out of the bag:to give out a secret
3)give the cold shoulder:not friendly
4)put on your thinking cap:to think very hard
5)read between the lines:to find the meaning that is not available in a particular sentence :)
