The first term passed very quickly, didn't it? It's time for a break now. However, during the holidays, you should also do some revision.
English
1) Do English Homework Book Unit 5, Worksheet 1 (pages 79-80).
2) Read Unit 5, Worksheet 2 (pages 81-83) and bracket the answers in the text.
3) Learn Spelling.
4) To prepare for Unit 5, Worksheet 3, read English Textbook (pages 80-82) and Grammar Guide (page 102).
5) Read at least 3 English story books.
6) Read at least one news article a day and circle the phrasal verbs and prepositions in the news article.
Online assignments
1) Check the school portal (lead.com) on Tuesday for online assignments.
2) Post a comment to tell us about one of the books you are reading.
3) Check the class blog regularly for onine lessons.
Art
1) Complete your artwork (Colour Wheel).
All assignments are to be completed by 21 March 2011 (Monday).

Mrs Tay, I am now reading "Percy Jackson: The Battle Of The Labyrinth"
The Percy Jacksons books series is very interesting!!! It also tells you more about the Gods. It Says there that Percy Jackson is the son of Poseidon. How cool is that? He can control water and breathe underwater!!!
I just have to read 1 more book to complete the whole series.
Percy Jackson's books are really fantastic!!!

Hi! Mrs Tay I am now reading Percy Jackson and the Titans Curse.At first I thought Percy Jackson was boring as it looked quite thick but at the school library I was looking for a book to read.I went over to Mdm Hamidah and asked for any book and she recommended me Percy Jackson and I borrowed the book.When I went home and started reading the book I found it interesting and this book rocks.Did you know Apollo is the Sun God and Artemis is the Goddes of the hunt and Grover is a satyr and Percy Jackson,Thalia and Annabeth are Demigods.Zeus has 600 lightning bolts that can do massive damage as he is the strongest God.
